Rooted in the spirit of Ishtar, the ancient goddess of love, power, and becoming, my work honors life as cyclical, embodied, and always unfolding. I offer a spacious, grounded sanctuary that welcomes you in your entirety: mind, body, heart, history, and lived experience.
My approach to coaching is holistic and deeply human; honoring the many facets of your life and the ways they are deeply intertwined. In our co-created space you’ll find permission to listen inward, explore your inner landscape, and (re)connect with your desires and the deep wisdom that already lives within you. Ishtar Coaching is named in quiet homage to the ancient goddess Ishtar whose home is my place of origin. She is an archetype of love, power, and transformation, of descent and return, death and becoming.
I do not work with Ishtar as myth or symbol alone, but as a remembering. A whisper. A call to the dormant power and wisdom that already exist within us.
This work is rooted in the belief that we’re already whole; that beneath the noise, conditioning, and fragmentation of modern life, there is a deeper knowing waiting to be reclaimed. Coaching, in this space, is not about fixing or striving, rather remembering, integrating, and living in alignment.
